Fortunately, bad neighbors are not what you would call a “material defect” in your home (Regardless of how defective you think they may be).  If you hate your neighbors, odds are that other people may hate them as well.  My advice would be to keep the commentary about the obnoxious neighbors to yourself, and let the next owner find out in their own sweet time.  Enjoy the photo!Neighbor-is-an-asshole

    I’m not really going to start blanketing the area with post cards pushing my fancy new business image and ugly mug on them, that’s just obnoxious to me.  Even before I became a Realtor I was placing agents postcards in the circular file, and I expect people would do the same with mine.

    Instead, I’m just going to post my new business promotional image on this blog, and I’ll wait to see how many people notice it.

This is what happens when you’re spending too much time surfing the net.  Now I can satisfy my yearning for the old days of DOS.  Because I *Dearly* miss the times when starting my computer took 10 minutes, and loading a program off of floppy (FLOPPY!) drives took an extra 4-5 minutes.  It’s frightening how spoiled we’ve become in terms of technological advances. 

    I’m still waiting for the microchip they implant in your brain so you never forget anything (Take That, Alzheimer’s!).

Nos    Of course I don’t let my clients see how exhausted I get.  They don’t want groggy, disheveled Realtors representing them.  They want perky, pleasant, and attentive agents on their side.  I don’t want to disappoint them, I want happy clients, so I give them a happy Realtor.

    My secret vice:  Caffeine!  I’m drinking chemicals I can’t even pronounce (Sodium Hexametaphosphate?  Really??), and it tastes terrible.  I’ve never actually chugged Nitrous Oxide, but if I did, it would probably taste similar to an energy drink.

    The upside to it is that it does a better job of keeping me awake than gluing my eyelids open.  I don’t worry about it tasting good…. The less I think about the taste, the better.
